Grace's life journey includes 25 yrs as Visceral, Deep tissue Massage and Cranio-Sacral Therapist, 20 yrs as Cert. Yoga teacher, Danskinetics and Continuum Movement teacher, 8 years as a Toltec apprentice of Rita Rivera and Don Miguel Ruiz, 4 yrs as a Self-Care Coach & Four Agreements Facilitator. Grace is also an Associate Teacher with Life Mastery Programs & a Life Mastery Dreamer.

Traditional shamanic journey is the drop of water dissolving in the great ocean of consciousness … EmBodyDream™ takes that ocean and pours it back into your body.
